Misappropriation of funds, perjury and fraud by Kailash Satyarthi, winner of Nobel Peace Prize 2014

To,
The Members,
Norwegian Nobel Committee 2014,
Oslo, Norway

Sub: Misappropriation of funds, perjury and fraud by Mr. Kailash Satyarthi, winner of Nobel Peace Prize 2014

Dear Members of the Norwegian Nobel Committee,

My name is Prof. Sheotaj Singh and I am currently a trustee in ‘Mukti Pratishthan’ along with Mr. Kailash Satyarthi, Nobel Peace Prize Winner 2014, and others. ‘Mukti Pratishthan’ was founded in 1982 and is a registered trust.

I have known Mr. Satyarthi since 1979 and would like to bring to your attention his misdeeds.

Mr. Satyarthi, in his capacity as the trustee of ‘Mukti Pratishthan’, is involved in massive misappropriation of funds, perjury in the courts of India and fraud.

A case under Section 92 of the Civil Procedure Code, 1908 (CPC) was filed against Mr. Kailash Satyarthi and others, by me and some other trustees of ‘Mukti Pratishthan’ in January, 1997 at Tees Hazari Court, Delhi, India.

Thereafter, applications under Section 151 of the Civil Procedure Code, 1908 (CPC) and under Section 340 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (CrPC) were moved by me and few other trustees of ‘Mukti Pratishthan’ against Mr. Kailash Satyarthi and others.

These matters, being handled by our lawyer Mr. R.K. Gaur (Mob.: 91 - 98107 38823), are pending in the Tees Hazari Court since the past 18 years.

There is enough statutory evidence on record to prove the misappropriation of funds, perjury and fraud by Mr. Satyarthi and I am enclosing the same with this letter for your kind perusal.

I would like to state that the credibility, honour and prestige of Nobel Peace Prize have been lowered by giving it to Mr. Satyarthi. The general lack of enthusiasm in the Indian media and intellectual diaspora on Mr. Satyarthi winning the Nobel Peace Prize is a definite pointer to his lack of reputation as an activist of integrity in India.

This letter is for your kind information and action.

Thanking You,
Yours faithfully,

Prof. Sheotaj Singh,
Trustee, Mukti Pratishthan
General Secretary, Bandhua Mukti Morcha

  3. How did Kailash Satyarthi's road to popularity and his camaraderie with Western Powers got him Nobel Prize, other awards and a lot of Money over the decades?

Various former and current journalists have written on the 'dark side' of Mr. Satyarthi's activism where he played in the hands of Foreign Governments and their lobbyists for a long time and used 'unethical ways and means' to serve Western Interests at the cost of India's interests. Senior Journalist of the Daily Pioneer Mr. Amitabh Shukla, Contributor at Forbes Ms. Megha Bahree, Researcher, Writer Freelance Journalist Sankrant Sanu, Former Reporter at Indian Express Mr. Syed Liaquat Ali, Journalist at OUTLOOK Mr. Mihir Srivastava all points out the 'not-so-noble side' side of Mr. Kailash Satyarti's Journey to Nobel Prize.

These 3 major investigative reports will give you a clear view of "Unknown Side of Kailash Satyarthi".
